RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged recreation pedagogue for Perslundaskolan who, together with their work team, wants to create the best conditions and a secure school day for all students. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating your teaching in connection with the curriculum and its central content, in collaboration with your colleagues. As a recreation pedagogue, you also collaborate with the Student Health Service.

Main responsibilities include:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching and activities linked to the curriculum for the after-school center.
• Support in the classroom during lesson time.
• Organize and plan games and physical activities that promote joy of movement during breaks.
• Development of work in the after-school center and school.
• Create and develop a good learning environment based on the curriculum and governing documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you, as an applicant, are a certified teacher in after-school centers or equivalent. Previous experience working as a recreation pedagogue is considered meritorious. You are solidly grounded in the school's governing documents and can use your knowledge effectively in your daily work.

To succeed in the role, you have a professional approach and work towards good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are an engaged pedagogue who takes responsibility for your students' results and places great emphasis on adapting your teaching based on your students' different prerequisites and needs.

An extract from the criminal record is required upon employment.
