About the Job

We are now looking for a Specialist in General Medicine for a permanent position at 100%, although the degree of employment is negotiable.

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people and primary care. You will be part of a pleasant, open, and professional team where we work together to develop and drive the business forward. As a Specialist in General Medicine at Näsets Läkargrupp, you are offered an independent position where you have the opportunity to influence your work. The work is varied with scheduled and acute patient visits, collaboration with home care, the municipality's special housing, and child health services. We also have training doctors, medical candidates, AT doctors, and ST doctors continuously, so it is a plus if you have training/experience in supervision. You are responsible for providing your patients with the best care and treatment together with your colleagues, as well as being a medical support for the rest of the healthcare staff at the clinic. Furthermore, we offer you a fun and exciting job close to the public with many contact areas where your competence is utilized and stimulated.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a Swedish medical license and are a Specialist in General Medicine, and have previous experience working in primary care. Since you work in continuous dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other operations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, corresponding to level Swedish C1. Since we have many elderly in our patient group, it is very important that you are clear in your communication. You have a valid B driver's license.

As a person, you are confident in yourself, have good teamwork skills with the rest of the team, are efficient, and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and enjoy teamwork. We would like you to have experience supervising training doctors as well as other professions at the clinic.

You are unpretentious, flexible, and communicate clearly. We value that you are committed to business development and that you have social competence and can meet different people based on their needs. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
