Job Responsibilities
As a System Administrator, you will be part of the administrative team within the Support, Assistance, and Daily Activities department. The team serves as an important support to the department's managers and employees in administrative matters. The role is newly established, and you will have the opportunity to help shape the role and working methods.
In this role, you are responsible for the department's system administration and work closely with the operations to ensure that our digital tools meet the needs of the business. You contribute with both operational support and the development of working methods, processes, and digital solutions.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Administering permissions and users in operational systems
- Providing support to managers and employees regarding systems and digital tools
- Planning, coordinating, and participating in the implementation, upgrade, and development of systems
- Producing reports, materials, and evaluations related to digitalization
- Participating in and driving projects related to digitalization, welfare technology, and AI
- Supporting operations in accessibility adaptation of documents and digital information
- Administering and coordinating training platforms such as Yrkesresan and Malmö Lär
- Serving as a contact person between operations, managers, system administration, and external actors in certain digital matters
Qualifications
You, the applicant, have post-secondary education in administration, system administration, digitalization, or another area deemed relevant by the employer.
Your focus in your work is to meet requirements and needs. You are comfortable working in various operational systems and have good digital competence. If you have previous work experience in administrative work, providing user support, and training or guiding users, we consider this advantageous.
It is advantageous if you have experience working in public sector operations, project management, or coordination of development efforts, web publishing, and intranet, as well as work with digitalization, welfare technology, or AI.
About You
To thrive in this role, you need to be structured and independent with good ability to plan and prioritize your work. You are service-oriented and enjoy helping others find solutions. Since the role involves many contact surfaces, you need to have good collaboration skills and be able to build trusting relationships.
You are also development-oriented and see opportunities to improve working methods through digital solutions. At the same time, you have the ability to translate ideas into practical and useful solutions in operations.
You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
