RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Labour Market Officer with us, you work from a holistic perspective, supporting and motivating individuals on their path to work or studies. Together with a committed team, you implement labour market initiatives at both individual and group levels, with the goal of creating sustainable and long-term solutions for each individual.
Your work includes holding coaching conversations, leading work-preparatory activities, and collaborating with external actors to give individuals the best conditions to reach their goals.
Your main responsibilities:
- Conduct individual assessments and create action plans with each individual.
- Support individuals through coaching conversations to promote their development.
- Lead lectures and group activities to prepare individuals for the labour market.
- Establish and maintain relationships with both public and private employers to create opportunities for internships, work training, and employment.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in supporting and coaching individuals on their path to studies or work. You have a university or college degree in fields such as behavioural science, public health science, pedagogy, or social work.
It is meritorious if you have experience with labour market issues, project work, and labour market measures, as well as experience working with individuals who are far from the labour market. Since documentation is an important part of the job, you need to be computer literate and have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A B-category driver's license is required. If you have also worked as an assessor and have experience following up and assessing an individual's progression through OCN validation as a method and tool, we consider this a great advantage.
To thrive and succeed in the role, you are proactive, committed, and results-oriented. Since the work requires the ability to plan and be structured to achieve set goals, you need a high level of self-leadership and the ability to initiate and carry out activities independently. You have an easy time creating and maintaining relationships and communicate clearly and understandably with colleagues, participants, and employers. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys creating and developing contacts with employers to open up opportunities for our participants to establish themselves on the labour market. We place great importance on personal suitability, and your personal qualities will be decisive.
If you find the above description exciting and want to accept the challenge, we would be happy to receive your application! You will be asked to answer selection questions when you submit your application. The questions are based on the requirements set for the position, and your answers will form the basis for the first selection.
