Your Role

Your responsibilities include providing support to students who require special assistance, both during lessons and at recess. You will work to support the children's development and knowledge, and in collaboration with other staff, you will plan and implement measures so that all students can benefit from the education in the best possible way. We place great value on creating a pleasant environment for both students and staff, and we expect you to share this perspective.

You will have access to supervision to ensure you can perform your duties in the best possible way.

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for you who are trained as a teaching assistant or who have other education that the employer considers equivalent. We would like you to have experience from the school environment, as well as experience and training with a focus on NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).

We are looking for someone who sees it as a given to put the student first and help the student grow. You are good at collaborating, are receptive, and build good relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.

The Child and Education Department is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools, adapted schools, and cultural schools.
