Your Role

Your primary responsibility is to provide support to students in need of special assistance during lessons and breaks. You will work to support the children's development and knowledge. In collaboration with other staff, you will plan and implement activities so that all students can benefit from the teaching in the best possible way. We place great value on creating a pleasant environment for both students and staff, and we expect you to share this perspective.

You will have access to supervision to ensure you can perform your duties in the best possible manner.

Who Are You?

We are primarily looking for you who are educated as a teaching assistant or have other education that the employer considers equivalent. We want you to have experience from the school world, as well as experience and education with a focus on NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).

We are looking for someone who sees it as a given to put the student first and help them grow. You are good at collaborating, are receptive, and build good relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.

The Child and Education Administration is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools, adapted schools, and cultural schools.
