We are now looking for two IT Operations Technicians for our IT department! Do you want to help shape the future in a growing IT organization where security and innovation go hand in hand? We are one of Sweden's largest property owners and experts in fortification, i.e., protective and facility technology. Our main task is to contribute to increased defense capability for a secure and free Sweden. Your daily work – contribute to our development with a focus on security
The IT department currently consists of approximately 60 people, with plans for further expansion during 2026. We work with both standard IT environments and security-classified IT environments, the latter of which are seeing forward-looking development and engagement.
As an Operations Technician, your main tasks will include:
- IT operations monitoring.
- Continuous monitoring, case management, and troubleshooting.
- Participation in change management projects.
On-call duties and/or shifted working hours may apply.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a high school or vocational college degree, or other education that we consider relevant for the position. You work in or have worked within an IT organization and have experience and competence in networks, servers, and storage. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English and good administrative skills. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
It is an advantage to have experience working with IT operations monitoring, NOC, in some form.
If you have several years of experience working within a larger IT organization, this is to your advantage.

About the employment
The position is a permanent employment and may start with a probationary period. As a permanent employee, you will be assigned to wartime duties. The location is Eskilstuna. Employment with us requires Swedish citizenship and involves placement in a security class. A security investigation with register check will be conducted prior to employment in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
