About the job

We are looking for a new team member for Zebraklinik Eye Clinic in Stockholm, located at Odenplan.

Our current receptionist has moved back to her hometown in Skåne after many years of excellent work, so we are now looking for a replacement.

The clinic is run by an ophthalmologist with a county council contract.

Responsibilities

You will work with varied tasks, primarily at the reception where you will register patients. You will also be involved in some patient examinations.

If you do not have previous healthcare experience, you can be trained quickly as the tasks are limited. However, if you have prior experience as a nursing assistant, nurse, eye nurse, or in other healthcare roles, you will be prioritized.

You need to be quick and efficient when performing examinations and transferring the results to the computer.

About you

You are friendly, patient, and have a genuine desire to learn new things. Although previous experience is not required, it is important that you learn quickly, are adaptable, independent, and structured.

You are punctual, diligent, and always have the best service as your basic attitude. You are skilled at communicating both verbally and in writing, and you speak fluent Swedish. You enjoy working with people and providing good service.

As a person, you are proactive, have an eye for what needs to be done, and can work independently, sometimes alone, in our cozy and hyper-modern eye clinic.

Employment

Initially, this is a hourly position, but if everything goes according to plan, it will turn into a permanent position.
