ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a new Spa Attendant to join our fantastic Spa team at Grand Hôtel!

Our Spa visitors consist of hotel guests, external Spa and treatment guests, as well as our members.

The Spa also features a shop selling clothing, jewelry, gift cards, and Spa products.

The role of Spa Attendant is varied, and your primary responsibilities include:

• Explaining how the Spa operates to new guests.
• Receiving food and beverage orders and serving champagne.
• Preparing Spa suites.
• Ordering supplies.
• Ensuring towels, bathrobes, and fruit are always replenished in both the Spa and the gym.
• Invoicing members.

As a Spa Attendant, the role requires both independence and close collaboration with your colleagues in reception as well as other departments, both within the Spa and the hotel. You are the guest's first impression and are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Since our guests come from all over the world, it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

Working hours vary and are distributed across mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys juggling multiple tasks and remains calm under pressure.
• Loves providing 5-star service and has a natural smile.
• Has a warm personality, high energy levels, works well in a team, and is solution-oriented.
• Has previous experience in the service industry, preferably within hotels or reception, is an asset.
