Sinntorpsskolan 4-9 is a primary school in Östra Lindome with approximately 450 students and 45 employees. The operations are organized into work teams for grades 4-6 and 7-9, each led by a coordinator.

We are looking for you who want to teach a small group of students in grades 4-9. The teaching is conducted in various group constellations and, if necessary, individually, based on the students' prerequisites and needs.
In close collaboration with a student assistant, teaching colleague, and special education teacher, you plan and conduct the teaching based on the students' needs and prerequisites.
To thrive in this role, you need to have a good ability to build trusting relationships with students, be flexible in your approach, and be easy to collaborate with colleagues. You are sensitive to the students' needs and actively contribute to a positive work climate.
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with broad subject qualifications for teaching in grades 4-9. If you have education as a special education teacher, we view this as an advantage.
We would like you to have experience in teaching in smaller groups or in working with students who are in need of extensive adjustments and special support.
To succeed in the assignment, you need to be a secure and flexible pedagogue with a good ability to adapt teaching based on students' individual needs and the group's prerequisites. You have a solution-focused approach, build good relationships, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
