Your role at Iver

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will become part of the Solution Excellence team and work in a senior, business-oriented presale role with significant technical responsibility. Your daily work is characterized by close collaboration with sales, business, and delivery, as well as frequent dialogue with customers, often in complex and business-critical contexts. You lead the technical solution design in sales and procurement processes, from early needs analysis to a finished solution proposal. The role involves working with both public and private procurement, where quality in solution, cost structure, and documentation are crucial. You have great opportunities to influence how Iver's managed services are developed and presented to the market and customers.

• Presale of managed services within Iver's entire offering

• Developing winning solution proposals in sales and procurement processes

• Solution design with responsibility for technical risks

• Cost calculation and optimization of solutions

• Conducting workshops and delivering customer presentations

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we believe you have

· Substantial experience working as a Solution Architect or in a senior presale role, with responsibility for technical solution design in business contexts

· Experience with managed services and familiarity working with complex IT solutions in dialogue with customers

· Ability to lead the technical part of sales and procurement processes, from needs analysis to a finished solution proposal

· Good understanding of cost structure, risks, and quality in solution design

· Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, as well as confidence in delivering presentations and workshops

To succeed in the role, you are analytical and strategic, with the ability to translate complex needs into well-thought-out and sustainable solutions. You are confident in customer dialogue and accustomed to presenting and reasoning with decision-makers at various levels. You work proactively and take initiative, taking responsibility for both process and results, and thrive in a flat hierarchy collaboration with others. At the same time, you are structured, good at prioritizing, and ensure high quality in deliveries even in complex and time-pressured situations.

Location: For this role, we see that you base yourself from our office in Malmö, Gothenburg, or Stockholm.
