About the role

As a support technician, you will work in the Service Desk providing technical support to customers and users via phone, email, and other digital channels. This role suits you if you are communicative, pedagogical, and service-oriented, and enjoy solving technical problems in a professional manner.

The work involves shift work on certain departments.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily:

• Receive, register, and handle incoming support cases.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve IT-related problems in a pedagogical manner.
• Document cases and follow up according to established procedures.
• Ensure a good customer experience through professional service.
• Collaborate with colleagues and escalate cases when necessary.

We would prefer that you have a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on IT. Experience from Service Desk, support, BackOffice, or other IT-adjacent functions is highly meritorious.

• Windows operating systems
• Exchange
• Active Directory
• Office 365
• Apple and Android
• ServiceNow

Employment requires a security clearance in the form of UC and an extract from the criminal record register.
