As a teacher with us, you will work in a school with new and modern facilities. We strive for close collaboration among our educators.

As a teacher, we offer you stimulating and developmental work where you become part of the student's personal development. You lead the pedagogical work by planning, implementing, and evaluating on a daily basis.

Together with the school's other educators, you play an important role in creating the conditions for students' knowledge development to reach the goals of the curriculum and course plans. At Gustaf Dalén School, we place great emphasis on having a safe and stimulating work environment for our students and educators. Therefore, we look for you as an educator who is responsive and has a good ability to build relationships with students and colleagues.

Gustaf Dalén School and the leisure center are located in the larger community of Stenstorp and are close to a sports hall, outdoor swimming pool, school forest, etc. The school has approximately 375 students from preschool class up to grade 9.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for you who have a teaching license to teach Natural Science subjects and Technology at the lower secondary school level. The position also includes duties as a class mentor at the lower secondary level.

To fit the role, you are independent and structured as the position involves a significant amount of personal responsibility. You have good collaboration skills with both colleagues and students as well as guardians. For us, good group dynamics in our work group are important, and we will therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position may potentially be filled internally if an excess of competence is identified within the organization, in which case this recruitment will be terminated.

If you are offered employment, you must present a current extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register for work in schools or preschools in Sweden (RPS 442.5 2008-06-18/1).
