We are now looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE developer who wants to work with business-oriented solutions where technology, user needs, and business goals meet. Here you will have the opportunity to further develop a central CRM platform used extensively within the organization for customer and case management. You will become an important part of a competent and engaged team working with modern technologies, high change velocity, and a clear focus on future solutions.

The position is a direct hire, meaning the employment will be directly with our customer in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

As a developer within Dynamics 365 CE, you will work with the development, customization, and further development of the organization's CRM platform. The platform is used across several business areas and is a central part of the digital customer experience.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Develop and configure solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Work with Power Platform to create and improve business-supporting solutions
• Develop and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 and other internal systems
• Contribute to the modernization of technical solutions using cloud-based services in Azure
• Participate in the entire development process – from requirements and design to implementation and maintenance
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, testers, Scrum Masters, and product owners in agile teams
• Contribute to continuous improvements of working methods, architecture, and technical solutions

The work is performed in a hybrid format with the possibility to combine office work and remote work.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in development and maintenance within Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience working with Power Platform
• Good understanding of the possibilities and limitations of the Dynamics 365 CE platform
• Experience with integration development, for example via APIs or Azure services
• Experience with or interest in development within .NET/C#
• Experience working in complex IT environments
• Ability to work in a business with high change velocity
• Very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience in the Scrum Master role
• Experience with Azure-based integration solutions
• Interest in and experience with AI and how AI can be used to streamline development, collaboration, and delivery
• Experience working in agile development teams
