🚀 We are hiring up to 5 Acceptance Test Leads for EDGE Associates!

📍 Location: Stockholm

🌟 About the Role

We are currently seeking senior Test Leads/Acceptance Test Leads. You will become a permanent member of our team and step directly into a vital and socially beneficial assignment with one of our clients within Region Stockholm.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the implementation and further development of critical IT support systems within healthcare.

You will play a central role in ensuring that delivered solutions meet business requirements, regulatory demands, and high standards for information security and data protection prior to go-live.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead acceptance testing (UAT) within both projects and operations.
• Develop and maintain risk-based test strategies and acceptance test plans.
• Ensure full traceability between business requirements and test cases.
• Coordinate and guide business representatives and test resources.
• Ensure access to correct, anonymized test data and handle regulatory compliance (GDPR and the Patient Data Act).
• Collaborate with external vendors as well as internal IT and operations units.
• Track defects, report test status and risks, and provide decision-making material for Go/No-Go decisions.

🛠️ Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and has extensive experience leading testing in complex system environments with numerous integrations.

We are looking for you who have:

✔️ Competence Level 3 (independent with documented, multi-year experience in the field).

✔️ Completed at least 2 assignments (each at least 6 months) where you worked as an Acceptance Test Lead with responsibility for UAT.

✔️ Experience in test leadership in complex system environments with multiple integrations and systems.

✔️ Completed at least 2 assignments with an active role in developing both functional and non-functional requirements.

✔️ Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written (CV must be written in Swedish).

It is an advantage if you have:

➕ Experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps or ReQtest (at least 3 months within the last 5 years).

➕ A valid and relevant certification in the field, such as ISTQB or REQB.

➕ Experience from the public sector, particularly within regions or municipalities.
