About the role

In the role of Information Manager, you will, together with your colleagues, drive and develop the work with information structure and data quality related to Svenska kraftnät's asset information. You will belong to the Information Management and Support unit. The unit plays a central role in coordinating information management and supporting the operations in the work towards a more structured and data-driven organization.

The position involves having a strategic and coordinating role with many interfaces within the operations. You work closely with both operations and IT on issues concerning information structure, data quality, and the development of working methods. The role requires a holistic perspective, where you capture the organization's needs and translate them into sustainable solutions.

Examples of tasks:

• Drive and be responsible for the development and methods for managing asset information.
• Drive and be responsible for work regarding data quality, organization, and requirements for asset information.
• Together with other Information Managers, participate in the further development of information management for asset information within the Grid Division.
• Contribute to the development and requirement setting regarding working methods and processes within information management for asset information.

We are a unit of 5 employees with high competence and drive, and are used to working with many different interfaces both within the agency and with external collaboration partners.

About you

Requirements:

We are looking for you who collaborate well with both internal and external colleagues and have the ability to coordinate complex tasks together with others. You are analytical and have an easy time seeing connections in complex information. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities for improvement and development. You also thrive working structured in a changing environment where a lot is happening.

In this recruitment, we place great importance on your personal qualities.

You have a university or college education in areas such as information technology, civil engineering, or energy, or equivalent experience as assessed by Svenska kraftnät. Furthermore, you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in the digital handling of asset information.
• At least 2 years of experience in operational data quality work, perhaps as an information coordinator, documentation manager, or documentation engineer.
• Experience working with information models in some form.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.

We consider it meritorious if you have:

• Knowledge and understanding of asset information for electricity power.
• Technical understanding of concepts within electricity power.
• Experience working with RDS (Reference Designation Systems).
• Knowledge of ISO 81346, CoClass, or other standards related to information management.

• The position is a permanent employment located in Gothenburg, Sundbyberg, or Västerås.
