This assignment as an IT Support Technician requires that you can speak and write fluent Finnish and Swedish. You are offered a varied job that requires engagement and initiative with a high sense of responsibility. At the client's site, you will primarily support users via phone and email, but it can also take place physically on-site at the office. You help users with IT-related questions concerning their computers, equipment, phones, printers, and software.

Job Responsibilities
The daily work includes using the case management system Servicedesk Plus, remote control of users' computers via the built-in function Quick Assist in Windows, account and group management via Active Directory – also via the cloud (Azure and Office 365 admin panels), as well as remote control of servers through the tool ASG-Remote.
