You will step into an organization within healthcare where finance and HR data need to become more accessible, standardized, and usable in daily operations. Using Qlik Sense and NPrinting, you will help further develop solutions that provide managers, controllers, and HR partners with better decision support, simplify processes, and increase automation in reporting.

You will become an important part of a development team where you combine technical depth with an understanding of business needs. Here, you work closely with both BI developers and business representatives, responsible for everything from ETL flows and data models to quality assurance, documentation, and knowledge transfer. This is a role for you who wants to use your Qlik expertise where reliable monitoring has a clear impact on operations.

• You participate in agile planning of development efforts within the finance and HR domains.
• You drive development work as a senior Qlik Sense developer, both independently and together with other competencies, with a focus on deliverables ready for release.
• You design, develop, and optimize ETL and data flows in Qlik Sense on-prem and work in the associated NPrinting environment.
• You develop applications for finance and HR that give managers a better overview of the organization's data.
• You create automated reports in NPrinting based on developed applications.
• You perform code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure robust and traceable solutions.
• You develop and maintain data models and reporting foundations in close collaboration with business representatives and BI developers.
• You handle permissions via AD groups and ensure that the right users see the right finance and HR data.
• You work actively with data quality, information security, and GDPR, especially when handling HR data and personal data.
• You document solutions, flows, and technical changes according to current guidelines and share knowledge with internal administration and superusers.

• At least nine (9) years of documented experience working as a BI specialist.
• At least five (5) years of documented experience as a BI specialist within Qlik Sense, including Qlik Sense and NPrinting.
• Documented experience in developing and deploying solutions or applications on the Qlik Sense on-premise platform.
• Documented experience in access control of solutions or applications based on AD.
• Documented experience in data modeling and information modeling.
• Documented experience in designing, implementing, and documenting solutions in Qlik Sense/NPrinting environments.
• Documented experience in development processes that include code review, testing, and quality assurance.
• At least five (5) years of experience with iterative and agile working methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.

• Experience working with financial data in Qlik Sense.
• Experience working with HR data in Qlik Sense.
