We are looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst who can work in complex IT environments and translate business needs, regulatory requirements, and technical prerequisites into clear and long-term sustainable requirements. The role involves close collaboration with business units, IT, architecture, information security, and external suppliers to create a cohesive requirements picture in a larger change project.

The work includes requirements analysis related to business and IT systems, integrations, technical infrastructure, as well as information and IT security. You are responsible for driving the requirements process from needs analysis to documentation and anchoring, and contributing to procurement and implementation.

Examples of tasks

• Identify, analyze, and document business and IT requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering through workshops and interviews.
• Develop requirement specifications and procurement documents.
• Analyze processes, information flows, and system dependencies.
• Collaborate with business units, architects, security functions, and suppliers.
• Ensure that the requirements support business goals, architecture, and security requirements.

Requirements

• At least four years of full-time documented experience as a Requirements Analyst or in a similar role within IT. The work must have included business, needs, and requirements analysis, requirements gathering, and the creation of requirement specifications or equivalent documentation.
• At least four years of full-time documented experience in analyzing non-functional requirements, including but not limited to IT security, information security, integrations, robustness, or other technical quality requirements.
• At least four years of full-time documented experience working with requirements analysis in complex IT environments for business and support systems, for example within finance, HR, payroll, procurement, case management, document management, or similar business areas. Complex IT environments are defined as environments with multiple business areas, many system dependencies, internal and external integrations, or multiple involved suppliers.
• Documented experience from at least two previous assignments of writing and compiling formal documents such as requirement specifications, requirement appendices, procurement documents, or equivalent formal documentation.
• At least one year of full-time documented experience in facilitating and leading information gathering in the form of workshops or equivalent.

Desirable Qualifications

• The consultant should have at least two years of documented experience as a Requirements Analyst in connection with establishing new business, major business changes, business acquisitions, or extensive system implementations.
• Certification in requirements analysis, IREB CPRE, or equivalent.
