Your Role

Are you ready to drive change and make things happen? As an Initiative Driver within Business Applications at Group IT, you will be a key player in our rapid transformation journey. Your role involves driving various IT initiatives from idea to delivery quickly and efficiently, in close collaboration with the organization's Architects and Business Analysts.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new IT initiatives. You will plan, coordinate resource needs and budgets, and ensure that projects and initiatives are completed on time and with high quality. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing initiatives, from start to handover to the business. Additionally, you will build and maintain important networks and relationships with Saab's business areas.

A significant part of your work will also involve:

• Analyzing, compiling, and coordinating the implementation of new IT requirements
• Creating and leading relevant meetings and forums for effective communication

Your Profile

We are looking for a bold person who thrives on taking initiative and has strong self-drive. You are structured and can handle multiple parallel tasks simultaneously. Your role requires a holistic understanding and commitment throughout the entire project cycle, from evaluation to maintenance. Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English are essential as international contacts are involved.

Previous experience in similar roles and/or project management is advantageous. Experience within IT and knowledge of agile frameworks are also valued.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
