Job Description

This role involves taking full ownership of your assigned onboarding activities. You will work proactively to navigate a complex IT environment, manage dependencies, and support system owners and external vendors in their journey to connect to approved IAM solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordination & Support: Act as the central contact point for application themes and actively help application owners and external vendors connect their systems to approved SSO solutions.
• Proactive Ownership: Drive assigned activities independently, as well as identify and manage risks, dependencies, or blocking issues before they impact the schedule.
• Portfolio Tracking: Continuously monitor the onboarding portfolio to ensure a clear overview and suggest preventive measures in case of any deviations.
• Quality Assurance: Challenge incomplete information and unverified assumptions to ensure relevant stakeholders take necessary actions.
• Reporting: Compile and deliver clear, concise status updates to project management regarding progress, risks, and dependencies.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for someone who combines good technical IT understanding with a structured, proactive, and service-oriented approach. To fit the role, you have:

• Project Tools: Previous experience with agile work using Jira boards, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• IT & Security Competence: A solid background in IT and good knowledge of security principles within Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Work Style: An analytical and structured approach with a strong ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
• Communication & Language: Strong communication skills and fluent English in both speech and writing (project language).

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge and practical experience with authentication methods and protocols such as SSO, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos, and Microsoft Active Directory.

• Contract Period: 2026-08-10 - 2026-12-31
• Scope: 100% (Full-time)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid setup (physical presence required 2–3 days per week)
• Location: Stockholm
