You will step into a strategic initiative where the information supply within CRM/MA needs to be clarified and moved towards a future target architecture. The environment is complex, needs come from several operations within insurance, and much of the requirement picture is currently unclearly documented. Therefore, your ability to quickly create structure, understand use cases, and make the information usable for both operations and architecture is crucial.

Since the rollout plan and the future CRM/MA systems have not yet been selected, you need to produce materials that work both here and now and in the next step. You will become a key link between operational needs, information architecture, and future solutions, with a focus on creating clarity, traceability, and progress. This is a very interesting role for you who like to tackle ambiguous situations and influence how future CRM/MA capabilities are built.

• You document information scope, information needs, and use cases in a way that is clear for both operations and information architects.
• You drive requirements analysis both bottom-up from operational needs and top-down from market plans and best practices.
• You produce materials that help information architects quickly understand intent, context, and how needs can be matched against different system data points.
• You ensure that requirements, information materials, and solution tracks are clearly traceable against both existing and future systems.
• You support information architects by delivering usable and well-structured information materials for further analysis and modeling.
• You collaborate closely with stream leaders, operational representatives, information architects, and modelers from various parts of the organization.

• At least 3 years of experience as a requirements manager.
• At least 5 years of experience as a requirements analyst within information supply.
• Experience with requirements analysis in banking and insurance (at least 3 years).
• Experience with requirements analysis for CRM (at least 3 years).
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Experience with requirements analysis within Market Automation.
