Here you will take on a key role in a major digital transformation where several technical shifts are happening simultaneously. You will step into an environment where new digital channels are being developed in parallel with initiatives within Developer Experience, platform, and Micro Frontend architecture. As an Engineering Lead, you become the link between architecture, platform, and development teams, ensuring that target architecture and solution design are translated into technology that works in practice.

You support teams through onboarding, migration, and further development, while helping them take ownership of their solutions throughout the entire lifecycle from development to production. • You support development teams in onboarding to new platforms, tools, and ways of working.
• You translate architecture principles and solution design into concrete technical setups together with the teams.
• You lead technical reviews and workshops, especially during major changes and onboarding.
• You help teams make well-founded decisions regarding design, structure, integrations, and secure communication between services.
• You work practically together with the teams in critical phases to ensure progress and quality.
• You identify technical competency gaps and recommend relevant actions to strengthen the teams' capabilities.
• You capture recurring challenges between teams and escalate them for resolution at the platform or organizational level.
• You contribute to improving onboarding materials, documentation, and common ways of working regarding tools and delivery.
• You document important architectural decisions and trade-offs in a structured and reusable manner.
• You support teams in migration and further development towards target architecture without negatively impacting delivery or operations.

• Several years of experience in software development and operations in Azure environments.
• Practical experience from at least one major cloud migration project to Azure.
• Extensive experience with Azure in production, including designing and operating services.
• Experience with container platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service or Azure Container Apps.
• Experience with network segmentation, Zero Trust security, and Infrastructure as Code using tools like Bicep or Terraform for Azure resources.
• Ability to review and improve API design in Azure environments, including experience with Azure API Management.
• Basic understanding of event-driven architecture, such as via Kafka, as well as designing integrations and secure communication between services.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Azure-based systems, as well as working with GitOps, secrets management, contract testing, and promotion flows in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Practical experience with authentication and authorization in Azure, such as Azure AD, OIDC, JWT, and RBAC.
• Experience with structured logging and monitoring via tools like Application Insights, along with a good understanding of SLOs.
• Basic understanding of component-based architectures and modern frontend technologies, including the ability to read React/TypeScript code and understand principles around Web Components and frontend isolation.
• Experience working in a supportive and coaching manner with multiple parallel development teams.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, as well as good working proficiency in English.

• Previous experience working in platform, enablement, or DevOps teams.
