We are now looking for an IT Technician (Service Desk) for our headquarters in Stockholm. As an IT Technician with us, you handle cases via phone, case management systems, and on-site. The role involves daily contact with users where you work with troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance in various IT environments. You also actively participate in improvement work and have good opportunities to develop within technology, processes, and applications.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Provide general IT support and act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for our end users.
• Independently troubleshoot to find solutions for technical IT issues at the 1st line and 2nd line levels.
• Work independently according to ITIL processes. We encourage you to take on roles such as Incident Manager, Problem Manager, or Change Manager.

You have several years of experience from a Service Desk function and communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We welcome you if you have a genuine interest in technology and are motivated by providing excellent service. You enjoy interacting with users, helping to resolve cases, and doing that little extra to create a great experience.

If you are also driven by improvement work and want to contribute to developing our deliverables, ways of working, routines, and processes, you will fit well into our team.

Experiences and knowledge we consider highly meritorious for the position:

• Knowledge of IT security.
• Experience with case management systems, preferably Freshservice (including administration and automation).
• Experience with application packaging.
• Experience working according to ITIL, for example in roles related to incident, problem, or change.
