You will step into a central role in a major digital initiative where multiple technical changes are happening simultaneously. Here, you will be the link between architecture, platform, and development teams, with the mission to translate target architecture and solution design into working technology in practice.

You will support teams in an environment characterized by Azure, modern frontend solutions, integrations, and cloud-based infrastructure. The focus is on creating the right conditions for teams to onboard to new platforms, work according to common principles, and drive their solutions all the way from development to production.

• You support development teams in onboarding to new platforms, tools, and ways of working.
• You help teams understand and apply architecture principles, guidelines, and migration plans in their daily work.
• You lead technical reviews and workshops, especially during major changes and in connection with onboarding.
• You guide teams in architecture and technology choices regarding design, structure, integrations, and secure communication between services.
• You work hands-on with the teams in critical phases to ensure both delivery and operations.
• You collaborate closely with frontend teams, platform teams, infrastructure teams, as well as integration and API specialists.
• You identify recurring technical hurdles between teams and escalate them to the right level to create long-term improvements.
• You contribute to improving onboarding materials, documentation, and common ways of working regarding tools and platforms.
• You document important architectural decisions and trade-offs in a structured and reusable way.

• Several years of experience in software development and operations in Azure environments.
• Practical experience from at least one major cloud migration project to Azure.
• Extensive experience with Azure in production, including design and operation of services.
• Experience with container platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service or Azure Container Apps.
• Experience with network segmentation, Zero Trust, and Infrastructure as Code in Azure using tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
• Ability to review and improve API design in Azure environments, including work with Azure API Management.
• Basic understanding of event-driven architecture, for example via Kafka.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Azure-based systems, as well as working with GitOps, secrets management, contract testing, and promotion flows in Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Practical experience with authentication and authorization in Azure, such as Azure AD, OIDC, JWT, and RBAC.
• Experience with structured logging, monitoring, and observability, such as with Application Insights, as well as a good understanding of SLOs.
• Basic understanding of component-based architectures and modern frontend technologies, including the ability to read React/TypeScript code and understanding of Web Components and frontend isolation.
• Experience working in a supportive and coaching manner towards several parallel development teams.
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish, as well as fluent English.

• Previous experience from platform, enablement, or DevOps teams.
