Location: Uppsala, Sweden (Hybrid Work Model)

Assignment Period: August 2026 – March 2027, with the possibility of extension

Workload: 25–50%

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support quality assurance and testing activities within a business-critical systems initiative in the property management sector. The role involves coordinating verification activities across applications, integrations, and business processes to ensure high-quality deliveries and successful system adoption.

About the Role

As a System Test & Quality Coordination Specialist, you will collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external partners to plan, coordinate, and oversee testing and validation activities. You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and operate effectively before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support validation of system functionality, integrations, and business workflows
  • Coordinate user acceptance activities and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders
  • Monitor testing progress and ensure timely resolution of identified issues
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain delivery quality
  • Prepare and maintain test documentation, status reports, and risk assessments
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards
  • Ensure that system changes are verified before implementation in production environments

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test coordination roles
  • Experience coordinating testing activities involving multiple systems and integrations
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in complex IT environments with interconnected systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the real estate, housing, or property management sector
  • Familiarity with property management business processes and system workflows
  • Experience using project collaboration and workflow management tools such as Monday.com
  • Understanding of end-to-end system integrations and business process validation
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives
