About the role

As a Java Developer, you will become part of one of our development teams, where you will have the opportunity to develop and grow in your role. You will work with system development in an environment that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

Your responsibilities include:

• Development and maintenance of our Java-based systems
• Collaboration in agile teams to develop user-friendly solutions
• Participation in code reviews and knowledge sharing with colleagues
• Contributing to improvement work and technical development

You will work daily in high-priority and strategically important IT systems alongside competent colleagues who share your interest in technology. You will be involved in developing new systems as well as further developing and maintaining existing systems. Our new development is done in Spring Boot.

About Kronofogden

Kronofogden contributes to countering crime by working against the criminal economy and collaborating with other authorities. We are nearly 200 employees at Kronofogden who, through IT development, ensure the best technical conditions for our 2,100 colleagues. We have many ongoing IT projects of varying nature: from replacing older, complex systems to projects focused on automation and modern e-services for citizens.
