You step into a central role where you help strengthen development and delivery capabilities in an organization with high demands for quality, security, and scalability. The focus is on Azure DevOps as a platform and on creating efficient flows throughout the entire DevSecOps chain, from code and test to deployment and release.

You work closely with development teams, architects, and platform functions to further develop a common platform that should function stably and uniformly for multiple teams. Here you get to combine technical depth with improvement work and help shape working methods, automation, and governance in an environment where Azure DevOps is key to faster and more secure deliveries. This makes the role particularly interesting if you want significant influence over the platform, pipelines, and working methods.

• You further develop and maintain the organization's Azure DevOps platform.
• You build, maintain, and quality-assure scalable CI/CD solutions for multiple development teams.
• You develop pipelines using Managed DevOps Pools and YAML-based configurations.
• You work with package management, feeds, and automated delivery flows.
• You contribute to frameworks, governance, and technical policies related to Azure DevOps.
• You support development teams in using the platform in a secure, standardized, and uniform manner.
• You integrate security and test automation into the delivery processes.
• You drive continuous improvements in automation, flows, and working methods.

• At least 4 years of documented experience as an Azure DevOps specialist.
• Good practical experience with Azure DevOps as a platform.
• Experience with automated delivery flows from code to test and operations.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and security in the delivery process.
• Ability to build scalable solutions for multiple development teams.
• Proficient in working with YAML, Git, PowerShell, and C#.

• Development background in .NET.
• Experience with agile working methods, preferably SAFe.
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD frameworks.
• Experience with security scanning in pipelines, such as SonarQube.
• Experience with container platforms or scalable solutions for continuous testing.
