Do you want to work with modern Linux environments and contribute to the operation, development, and automation of business-critical IT platforms?
We are looking for experienced Linux technicians who want to work as consultants on exciting projects for our clients. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in technically advanced environments where security, stability, and automation are in focus.
About the roleAs a Linux technician, you will work with the operation, management, and further development of Linux-based server platforms. You will become an important part of a team responsible for ensuring high availability and stability in business-critical IT environments.
The assignments vary depending on the client and can range from daily operations and support to automation, system improvements, and participation in infrastructure projects. You will play a central role in developing modern Linux environments and contributing to efficient, secure, and sustainable IT solutions.
Examples of tasksAdminister, operate, and further develop Linux-based server environments.
Install, configure, and upgrade servers and technical platforms.
Perform patch management and ensure a stable and secure server environment.
Automate processes and standardize workflows using scripts and configuration tools.
Participate in projects related to infrastructure and technical platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in close collaboration with operations and support teams.
Ensure that platforms comply with current security requirements and technical guidelines.
Contribute to continuous improvements in operations, automation, and technical solutions.
Has at least 2–3 years of experience in Linux administration with a focus on server operations.
Has experience with large-scale operational environments or complex IT infrastructures.
Has good knowledge of Bash, Python, or other relevant scripting languages.
Has experience with automation and configuration management.
Has a strong interest in Linux, infrastructure, and modern IT operations.
Is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives in a team environment.
Has a security mindset and an interest in developing stable and sustainable IT environments.
Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SUSE Linux Enterprise, or similar Linux distributions.
Experience with SUSE Manager, Red Hat Satellite, or similar administration tools.
Experience with Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with system hardening and security adaptation of Linux environments.
Experience with virtualization, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code.
