You will have a central role in a strategic implementation project with a player in the airport operations sector. Here, you help create the right conditions for a new system support to work in practice, from requirements and solution dialogue to testing, training, and anchoring in the operations.

You become a key bridge between different stakeholders and work to ensure that functional and non-functional requirements are clear, traceable, and quality-assured throughout the implementation. • You drive requirements work by conducting workshops, documenting needs, and ensuring traceability between requirements, solution, and testing.
• You act as a bridge between the supplier, IT, and operations, contributing to solution discussions to ensure requirements are realized in a practical manner.
• You plan, lead, and participate in workshops together with operations and the supplier.
• You are responsible for communication, create training materials, and support the implementation of training initiatives and evaluations.
• You provide support in prioritization and decisions related to requirements and testing.
• You create test plans and test cases, and plan and coordinate acceptance tests together with operations.
• You act as both test leader and perform technical tests when needed.
• You document test results and deviations, and discuss the results with the project manager and supplier.

• At least 8 years of documented experience in requirements and testing in complex operations.
• Documented experience in both business processes and IT solutions, for example through completed projects or previous roles.
• Documented experience in test planning and test leadership in acceptance tests.
• At least 2 projects with practical experience in communicating with multiple stakeholders, such as different business areas, IT functions, and suppliers.
• Documented experience in creating requirement specifications and documentation for procurement.
• At least one relevant project with experience working with suppliers in implementation projects.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive requirements- and test-related activities, demonstrated through previous responsibility in projects or assignments (at least one).
• You need to be able to work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and build trust in both IT and operations.
• You must be able to conduct drug tests.

• Experience with procurement according to LUF.
• Previous work or experience from airport operations.
