About the role

Our client is looking for a Senior .NET Developer with leadership potential for their consulting business. The role combines technical depth with operational leadership and suits you who wish to develop from a Senior Developer or Team Lead into a broader responsibility for teams, quality, and working methods.

As a Senior Developer and Technical Lead, you work both operationally in client projects and as support for a team of senior developers. You contribute to high technical quality, strong deliveries, and the development of people, processes, and working methods. The role involves close collaboration with business managers, architects, project managers, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver customized solutions in .NET/C#
  • Coach and support the team through feedback and guidance
  • Work with integrations, implementations, and technical adjustments
  • Drive improvements in code quality, standards, and documentation
  • Collaborate with architects and project managers for successful deliveries
  • Participate in client dialogues and contribute to long-term client relationships
  • In the long term, develop the business within Technical Consulting both nationally and internationally

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 5 years of experience as a developer within .NET and C#
  • Has practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server and React
  • Has relevant education in IT or equivalent experience
  • Thrives in client dialogues and has a consultative approach
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

It is meritorious if you have

  • Previous experience in a leading role

A security clearance will be conducted for this role. To be able to start the role, you must undergo and pass all steps of the security clearance process, including background checks and reference checks.
