Drinking Water Production is the department that produces drinking water around the clock, year-round. This is a socially important mission that we are proud to carry out. We are now looking for a Technical Property Manager for our two water treatment plants and associated auxiliary buildings. This is a central role where you contribute to sustainable water production.

About the Job

As a Technical Property Manager at Kretslopp och Vatten (Circular Economy and Water), you have overall responsibility for our water treatment plants' properties and technical systems, including heating, ventilation (HVAC), and plumbing. You are responsible for the technical operation, maintenance, and development of the buildings to ensure they are functional, sustainable, and cost-effective.

The water treatment plants are located in Alelyckan and Lackarebäck, and there are also several smaller facilities included in the assignment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing the maintenance plan for the properties and planning measures throughout the year
• Supporting and prioritizing tasks for property technicians
• Registering tasks in our maintenance system
• Hiring contractors to carry out certain works
• Monitoring and optimizing heating and ventilation systems
• Reviewing documentation for new installations and projects
• Negotiating and following up on contracts
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the field
• Responsibility for fire safety work

Qualifications

We are looking for you with relevant post-secondary technical education (at least 2 years), preferably in property technology, construction, HVAC, or energy technology. Alternatively, other experience that we assess as equivalent.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technical property management, preferably in similar operations
• Good knowledge of property maintenance and maintenance planning
• Good knowledge of operational optimization and maintenance of technical systems, especially heating and ventilation (HVAC)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits:

• Experience working in the IFS maintenance module
• Experience in systematic fire safety work
• Experience in contract management and follow-up
• Education and experience as BAS-U and/or BAS-P

You are self-motivated, proactive, and structured. You thrive in collaboration and have a desire to get to know our facilities and colleagues to efficiently develop the operations. You have a passion for technology, are motivated by finding solutions, and strive to maintain control over technical systems. You have a good ability to handle multiple areas of responsibility simultaneously.

The position is security-classified and requires a passed security check, which includes drug and alcohol testing, register control from Säpo (Swedish Security Service), and Swedish citizenship.
