Lely Center Lidköping is a supplier and service partner of innovative products and services for Sweden's milk and meat producers. They are leaders in robotics for dairy farms, among our products are Bla Lely, Austronaut, Lely Vector, and Lely Collector. They operate in Närke, Värmland, Dalsland, Bohuslän, Västra Götaland, Småland, Halland, and Skåne. Their offices are located in Lidköping and Kristianstad, and we have service technicians, salespeople, and advisors strategically placed from Ystad in the south to Torsby in the north.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lely Center is expanding rapidly and is now looking for a new service technician to join the service team in the Västra Götaland area. As a service technician at Lely Center, you work in close collaboration with the team leader and your colleagues at the customer site, providing technical and practical solutions for machinery, electrical systems, and installations. In your role, you work with automated equipment and robots for robotic milking, feeding, lighting, and manure handling.

With great freedom under responsibility, you can plan your work weeks together with the team leader, starting from home. After induction and training, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of customers' milking robots and other automated equipment for animal husbandry and feeding. Take the chance to train and develop in a new and long-term profession.

The job includes periodic on-call duty to help customers resolve urgent repairs during evenings/weekends according to a rolling schedule.

Requirements for the position:

• Great interest in technology and problem-solving
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Understanding of English in speech and writing
• Good physical condition
• Category B driver's license

Merits:

• Basic electrical knowledge
• Previous experience working as a technician/installation technician
• Experience from the agriculture and farming sector
• Good computer skills
