Our client works with world-class vehicle testing and verification and operates one of Europe's most advanced test environments for future mobility. We are now looking for you who thrive in a consultant role and have extensive experience in verification and testing within the automotive industry. As a Test and Development Engineer, you will work in a team on assignments for external clients, where you are responsible for verification at the complete vehicle level. The position is based at the office in Gothenburg, with some time spent at the test track.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and executing various types of tests in vehicles.
• Analyzing and documenting test results.
• Supporting product owners and developers in the continuous work of developing the product.
• Planning testing against test environments and schedules.
• Leading and coordinating work within the team.

Your background

• BSc or MSc in a relevant field, or equivalent post-secondary education.
• At least 7 years of experience in verification and testing related to the automotive industry.
• Experience with Vector tools such as CANalyzer, as well as logging and diagnostic tools for automotive.
• Experience in leading teams and planning work.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Swedish Category B driver's license.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in developing test methods.
• Programming skills, preferably Python.
• Test track driving license, e.g., Hällered T2 or equivalent.
• Category C or CE driver's license.
• Experience with ISO 26262.

About the assignment

You will be hired by the client through Intenso Interim. The assignment is also open to applicants with their own companies and is expected to be long-term full-time initially, with the possibility of extension. Please apply as soon as possible!
