Do you want to work at the intersection of technology, business, and renewable energy?

We are now looking for an Asset Manager who wants to develop and manage some of Sweden's most important energy assets within wind power. Here you will have a varied role with significant personal responsibility, close collaboration with experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to grow long-term in a future-oriented industry.

About the role
As an Asset Manager, you will become part of a small and cohesive management team that works closely with both technology and business. The role involves ensuring stable and long-term operation of the company's wind power facilities while driving projects and development initiatives related to the lifespan, performance, and commercial viability of the assets.

In the long term, you will be responsible for your own facilities and work broadly with tasks such as monitoring production, reporting, contracts, authority contacts, and project administration related to the development and management of existing parks. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, where you collaborate with colleagues in technology, production, and business development, as well as external suppliers and contractors.

Examples of tasks:

  • Monitor operation, production, and availability of wind power facilities
  • Write monthly reports and analyze operational data
  • Coordinate contractors and external suppliers
  • Work with contracts, documentation, and authority contacts
  • Participate in and drive technical projects related to life extension and development of existing facilities
  • Contribute to work regarding future investments and new energy solutions

The role involves travel within Sweden related to the company's facilities and projects.

About you

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you are curious, unpretentious, and have a strong desire to develop. The company operates in an industry that changes rapidly, which is why it is important that you enjoy learning new things and dare to take on challenges even when you don't have all the answers from the start.

You are also structured in your working methods and understand the importance of order and follow-up, especially in a business where many facilities have a long history and complex technical documentation. At the same time, you need to be self-reliant and confident in taking responsibility for your own areas, both in daily work and in longer projects.

The team is characterized by collaboration, openness, and knowledge sharing, and values people who contribute energy, drive, and a genuine interest in technology and development.

Requirements

  • A technical education or experience within energy, power grids, or other technical operations
  • A strong interest in technology, energy issues, and technical facilities
  • Driver's license B and ability to travel regularly within Sweden
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as proficiency in the Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience from the wind power or energy industry
  • Experience in project management, technical management, Asset Management, or coordination
  • Experience with contractors, contracts, or procurement
  • Electrical certification or other relevant technical expertise, e.g., as an electrical engineer
