You will play a key role in verifying and testing vehicles at the complete vehicle level in a technologically advanced environment within mobility and research. Here, you work closely with development, function, and testing to ensure that future transport systems become safer, more robust, and sustainable.

You will work broadly with planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up of test activities in various test environments.

• You plan, prepare, and conduct vehicle testing in various test environments.
• You drive verification and testing at the complete vehicle level for assignments within the automotive sector.
• You analyze test results and document conclusions in a structured and clear manner.
• You collaborate closely with function owners, developers, and other stakeholders to support continuous product development.
• You coordinate testing activities together with relevant test environments and projects.
• You contribute technical advice, share your knowledge, and create momentum in the work.
• You lead teams and plan work when multiple parties need to collaborate.

• BSc or MSc in a relevant field, or equivalent post-secondary education.
• At least 7 years of experience in verification and testing related to the automotive industry.
• Experience with Vector tools such as CANalyzer as well as logging and diagnostic tools for automotive.
• Experience in leading teams and planning work.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Swedish Category B driver's license.
• Strong analytical skills and experience handling complex technical processes.
• Ability to work closely with clients and other stakeholders, as well as taking overall responsibility for deliveries.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience in developing test methods.
• Knowledge and experience in Python programming.
• Test track driving license equivalent to T2.
• Driver's license category C or CE.
• Experience with ISO 26262.
