Our partner GKN Aerospace is facing an exciting future within the defense and space industry and is now looking for a Motor Technician with a focus on customer support. As a Motor Technician, you will be part of a value stream together assemblers and inspectors.

As a Motor Technician, you are responsible for:

• Contact with end-users. This involves receiving orders for engines, devices, and spare parts, as well as coordinating deliveries and transports.
• Preparation and technical ordering. Support in planning within your own workflow.
• Responsibility for action meetings.
• Economic preparation of maintenance objects.
• Initiate changes to OEM data when needed.
• Consequence assessment of new or changed requirements.
• Participation and support in various projects.

The assignment requires you to undergo a security interview and be approved according to current regulations. The assignment also entails requirements for certain citizenship.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a university engineer or have equivalent experience. If you have previous experience with aircraft engine maintenance and knowledge of Aviation Regulations, this is meritorious.

You enjoy building relationships with customers and users both nationally and internationally. High integrity, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach characterize your way of working.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
