Our partner GKN Aerospace is facing an exciting future within the defense and space industry and is now looking for a Fleet Monitoring and Logistics Support of Aircraft Engines to join their engineering team. The team is responsible for maintaining the engine that powers Sweden's fighter jet, the JAS 39 Gripen, while simultaneously working on future fighter aircraft and space technology. The work involves product support such as product monitoring, statistical follow-ups, spare parts forecasting, and other types of analysis.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Handle, process, analyze, and present numerical data from service usage and maintenance.
• Develop existing software tools and introduce and suggest improvements.
• Participate in development projects to design tomorrow's solutions in areas such as "analytics" and AI.
• Ability to structure and, to some extent, lead work in smaller work groups.

The assignment requires you to undergo a security interview and be approved according to current regulations. The assignment also entails requirements for certain citizenship.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have an academic engineering degree or equivalent competence achieved through experience. You are analytical and have good experience handling Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VBA coding). Knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, and programming in languages such as Python is considered a plus.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
