Your role as a Supply Chain Management Consultant

We are now looking for driven and engaged consultants within Supply Chain Management to join our team for assignments in the region. You will work independently or in teams to help our customers create and optimize efficient solutions, flows, and supply readiness. You will, among other things, work with planning, controlling, and designing our customers' material and information flows in the best possible way. We work in areas such as business development, material planning, industrialization, production development, as well as process and quality improvements, and help our customers build resilience regarding the ability to quickly switch production, identify alternative materials, and verify that new products meet requirements.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a Master of Science in Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or Master of Science in Business Administration, with the necessary education and a minimum of two years of documented experience within Supply Chain Management. You have an interest in technology, logistics, and business-adjacent improvement work, and you may take on a more coordinating or leading role in the projects we execute. You also have a good understanding of and interest in modern IT solutions and business systems.

As a person, you are independent and responsible. You are accustomed to collaborating to achieve set goals, have strong analytical skills, and are proactive. Furthermore, it is important that you are outgoing and relationship-building, as the work involves many contacts both internally and externally. You must be able to express yourself fluently in both speech and writing in Swedish and English. Experience from the automotive, telecom, defense industry, or government agencies is a plus.

Regarding Defense Secrecy: Since the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and pass a security screening with register check.
