Job Description
Do you want to work with property valuation in a business where commerce, analysis, and long-term value creation meet? We are now recruiting for our Valuation, Investment, and Transaction function and are looking for two property valuers. We welcome both those at the beginning of their career and those with substantial experience in valuation and commercial property analysis. Here, you will combine analysis, business understanding, and strategic decision support in an organization that develops and manages environments for education, research, and innovation. As a property valuer here, you work with the analysis and valuation of our property portfolio and contribute to the basis for strategic decisions. The role gives you a broad insight into the property business and the opportunity to work close to decisions that affect the development of Akademiska Hus's property portfolio in both the short and long term. Depending on your experience, you will either have a more supporting role in the valuation work or take greater responsibility for driving and developing the work within the valuation area. The positions are full-time, preferably located at our office in Gothenburg. You will become part of the Valuation, Investment, and Transaction function.
If this feels like an opportunity for you, seize the chance and apply now! The advertisement is live during the summer period, and selection and feedback will begin in week 33, but do not wait with your application as the position may be filled before the final application date, which is August 16. In this recruitment, Akademiska Hus collaborates with Randstad. If you have questions about the position or the process, you are welcome to contact the hiring manager, Karin Blomstrand ([email protected]), or the responsible recruitment consultant Linda Cooper at Randstad ([email protected]). Welcome to a workplace where your ideas and initiatives are valued and where you can help shape the future!
