About the RoleYou will step into an advanced test and development environment where future traffic safety is shaped in practice. Here, you work with verification at the complete vehicle level and get to be close to both technology, testing, and product development. The role suits you if you want to combine hands-on testing in vehicles with analysis, documentation, and close dialogue with function owners and developers.
You will become part of a team that supports external clients in complex testing assignments. The work spans preparations, execution, and follow-up of testing, with a focus on ensuring function, quality, and progress. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to work in an environment where advanced safety systems, realistic test scenarios, and technical development meet.
Responsibilities- You plan, prepare, and conduct various types of tests in vehicles.
- You work with verification of functions and systems at the complete vehicle level.
- You analyze test results and document the outcome in a clear and structured manner.
- You support function owners and developers in the continuous work of developing the product.
- You drive testing planning in interaction with available test environments and schedules.
- You contribute to the team's work in handling technical issues and complex test setups.
- You share your knowledge and contribute with an advisory perspective in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- BSc or MSc in a relevant field, or equivalent post-secondary education.
- At least 7 years of experience in verification and testing related to the automotive industry.
- Experience with Vector tools such as CANalyzer, as well as logging and diagnostic tools for automotive.
- Experience in leading teams and planning work.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Swedish B driver's license.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working in complex processes.
- Good teamwork skills and a responsible work approach with a focus on completing your tasks.
- Experience in developing test methods.
- Knowledge and experience in Python programming.
- Test track driving license equivalent to T2.
- Driver's license category C or CE.
- Experience with ISO 26262.
