We are now looking for a Maintenance Manager for the bakery who wants to help develop our factory to make it safer, produce better food, and eliminate losses - thereby reducing our climate impact!

Responsibilities

The role of Maintenance Manager means you are responsible for and drive the maintenance work on a production line. You take ownership of moving from unplanned maintenance to preventive maintenance, supported by SAP Plant Maintenance. A large part of the work involves finding and solving root causes of breakdowns, planning maintenance, and implementing improvement measures. You do this together with the team at the line - gradually taking over more and more of the maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Manager acts as a link between other professional groups in the factory (electrical/mechanical/media) regarding the line.

You work closely with a Line Manager and a Process Manager. Together, you form a Line Structure and are responsible for the line's results. Dafgård's Production System is based on the Integrated Work System and includes elements of Six Sigma/Lean/TPM/WCM – adapted for Köket i Källby.

Qualifications & Attributes

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in maintenance work and maintenance planning in production. To thrive in the role of Maintenance Manager, you have your own drive to constantly improve and are technically interested and knowledgeable. You need to be structured and enjoy solving problems. You take ownership of your deliverables and let nothing fall through the cracks.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in both creating, planning, and executing maintenance plans for multiple machines on a line
• Experience in preventive maintenance work
• Relevant education in maintenance/production or equivalent
