The Role

We are looking for you who want to take the next step within Integrated Logistics Support and become a central part of the work to create and develop sustainable and efficient maintenance solutions for advanced vehicle systems. Together with our client in the defence industry, you will have the opportunity to work with high-tech products in complex environments where precision, analysis, and a holistic perspective are crucial. As an ILS Engineer at Aleido, you will:

• Create technical documentation describing lifecycle support, maintenance procedures, and repair methods.
• Ensure that technical information is translated into correct and easy-to-understand material for users, technicians, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with both internal and external parties to ensure quality, clarity, and structure.

About You

We believe you have a few years of experience as an ILS Engineer or a background as a Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent) along with some years of experience in mechanical work. You are confident in technical discussions and have a sharp eye for detail. You thrive as a team player and enjoy collaborating, brainstorming ideas, and making technology clear to others, while also taking great responsibility for your own contribution and being able to work independently.

You are/have:

• Structured and meticulous
• Communicative; you have fluent skills in both Swedish and English – written and spoken
• Curious and solution-oriented
• Educated as a Mechanical Engineer or with a corresponding technical focus
• Experience from the defence sector within repair, maintenance, or as a vehicle operator
• Experience with maintenance analysis, FMECA, and MTBF

The following qualifications are considered meritorious:

• Vehicle mechanical experience (e.g., from a workshop)
• Experience from the Swedish Armed Forces
• Knowledge within ILS/LSA
• Proficiency in working with CAD, PLM, Illustrator, or Photoshop
