Your Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you work closely with both customers and employees to contribute to a good employee experience, growth, and profitability. You plan resources and tasks, follow up with employees, create individual development plans, and are responsible for recruitment. You lead the team towards our strategic goals and create the conditions for a developmental and welcoming workplace.

An important part of the role is building and maintaining customer relationships, networking in the industry, and working with sales to develop the business. You also work personally on customer assignments within electrical and telecommunications, usually as a project manager or assignment leader. In this role, you lead projects and project groups, act as an advisor internally and externally, plan and staff assignments, and ensure good structure, working environment, and quality. You also produce guiding documents for project participants.

In Borås, you will become part of an established team of 14 employees who work closely with customers providing advice and solutions within electrical and telecommunications. The team is characterized by engagement, community, and a desire to develop both working methods and customer relationships. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence, take responsibility, and contribute to the team's continued development.

The office is located centrally in Borås, in modern premises in the Pulsen area. Here, you are close to transportation, restaurants, gyms, and service functions that create good conditions for collaboration and a smooth workday.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who have experience driving projects and assignments within contracting, security, HVAC, construction, or electrical work, and who want to take the step into a more leadership-oriented role. You have very good knowledge of electrical and telecommunications systems and a broad understanding of the different types of projects we drive. You are technically secure, have a good understanding of relevant regulations and standards, and can translate your competence into practical and sustainable solutions for our customers. Experience as an electrical consultant and leader is an advantage.

We want you to have a strong interest in leadership and team building, and that you wish to develop in this area with support from us. Furthermore, we see that you enjoy maintaining and creating new relationships and contacts, have an extensive network in the field, and are driven by working with sales and focusing on driving the business forward.
