To our team in Gothenburg, we are now looking for a Senior Instrumentation Engineer who wants to help develop tomorrow's industrial solutions. Here you will work on varied assignments together with knowledgeable colleagues and industrial customers within energy, oil and gas, and petrochemicals. The role is perfect for you if you want to combine technical expertise with close customer dialogue and the opportunity to influence both projects and solutions.

As a consultant with us, you become an important part of our customers' projects and a specialist in instrumentation and process automation. You work closely with customers and project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle - from early investigations and feasibility studies to design, installation, and commissioning.

Your tasks may include among other things:

• Provide technical advice and support in customer dialogues and sales meetings

• Participate in quotation work and costing

• Conduct investigations, feasibility studies, and project deliveries

• Design control and regulation systems

• Prepare design documentation and detailed drawings

• Work with ATEX and SIL design

• Participate in field installations and commissioning

The role offers great variation and the opportunity to influence both technical solutions and the execution of projects. For those who wish to develop further, there is a long-term possibility to take greater responsibility in assignments with customer, budget, and personnel responsibility.

We are looking for you who are an experienced instrumentation engineer with a genuine interest in technology and who thrives in a consultant role where you get to combine independent work with close collaboration in projects. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and unpretentious. You have a structured approach to work and enjoy collaborating with both customers and colleagues. At the same time, you are confident in driving your work forward independently, making well-founded decisions, and contributing your experience to technical discussions. You are curious, solution-oriented, and see knowledge sharing as a natural part of everyday life.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Relevant technical education from university, college, or vocational higher education, or alternatively work experience considered equivalent

• Extensive experience in instrumentation design within the process industry, for example energy, oil and gas, or petrochemicals

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, ATEX, and SIL

• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience with SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) or similar database management tools.
