Welcome to a small clinic with short decision-making paths, just a half-hour bus ride from Liljeholmen. Here you have the opportunity to influence both your own and the organization's development. We are now looking for a psychologist to join our team!

About Us

The Neuropsychiatric Unit is responsible for treating patients with neuropsychiatric comorbidity. We strive to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological and pharmacological treatment, as well as effective linkage and collaboration with neighboring care providers and municipal services. The unit offers psychological treatment both individually and in groups, DBT treatment, and skills training. Opportunities for further education in DBT are available. In addition, occupational therapy interventions, patient and relative education, and support from counselors and rehab coordinators are offered. In addition to psychologists, the unit employs specialist physicians, AT/ST physicians, nurses, counselors, occupational therapists, assistant nurses/case managers, and administrators.

We also have good access to qualified supervision and collegial collaboration.

About the Position

As a psychologist here, you will primarily work with treatment, but this may also include investigative work when necessary.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with a focus on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Previous experience working with psychological assessments and treatments is desirable. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, at least level C1, is a requirement.

We value a good work environment and close collaboration across professional groups, open and inpatient care, and neighboring care providers. Therefore, we are looking for you with good cooperation skills, who enjoys sharing your knowledge, has good judgment, and finds it easy to build trusting relationships with patients.

Other Information

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Probation may apply. Start date is by agreement. Working hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–16:30.

In patient-facing roles within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):

  • A register check is conducted before the decision on employment according to SLSO’s overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
  • Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination according to current directives, conducted through occupational health services before employment.
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required, in addition to Swedish professional licensure. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
