We are looking for a Nurse/Community Nurse as a casual employee for Nacka Forum Health Centre.

We are located in central Nacka, at Forum Shopping Centre, with excellent transport connections.
At our clinic, doctors, community nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, receptionists, psychologists, and a rehab coordinator work together.

Job Responsibilities:
The role involves all typical tasks for a nurse at a health centre. In primary care, you will meet patients of all ages and from various cultures, both during scheduled and urgent visits at the clinic. The work also includes telephone advice, digital contacts, and home care. The role requires broad competence and independence.
Documentation is done in Take Care, and we use the telephone system Tele Q. We also work with Always Open/Vårdportalen.
Qualifications:
Nurse with broad competence or Community Nurse. Experience working in Swedish healthcare and primary care is meritorious. A driver's license and experience with spirometry are meritorious. Prescribing rights are meritorious.
Personal Attributes:

Employment Type:
Casual employment with start date upon agreement.

In patient-related work within Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines.
- Employees with patient contact must undergo a new employment health examination via occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement applies to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
