Klara Team is the workplace for you if you are confident in your role to work freely and independently, performing medical assessments with support from colleagues and our on-call doctor organizations.

Klara Team has been working since 2002 to deliver sustainable healthcare solutions within SÄBO (special housing for the elderly) and LSS (Law on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

What does it mean to be a nurse with us?

Working hours are scheduled as active duty from 16:00 to 05:00, with on-call availability until 08:00. You will work on a fixed schedule with weekend shifts every third weekend.

You will work from home when operations allow and must reside in Nacka or Värmdö. You are responsible for healthcare at several care and nursing homes. You perform scheduled visits and emergency assessments, as well as providing telephone advice to the staff at the facilities. We work with evidence-based decision support systems.

You are a support for both patients, relatives, and staff.

We provide a company vehicle.

Who are you?

  • You enjoy working independently and having the freedom to shape your workdays.
  • You are confident in your role as a nurse after at least 3 years of experience and can make quick decisions.
  • You take initiative, dare to take charge, and can juggle multiple tasks.
  • You enjoy having a leadership role and supporting your colleagues.
  • You are accustomed to structuring and organizing your work.
  • You want to make a difference for our elderly residents and are always friendly in your interactions.
  • You are a good driver.
  • You are comfortable working in various medical record systems.

A driver's license and computer proficiency are required, as well as excellent verbal and written Swedish skills.

Specialized education or experience from emergency care, home healthcare, palliative care, and geriatrics is advantageous.
