Are you the one we are looking for?

Are you a nurse with specialist education in child and adolescent health or district nursing, and do you want to work within child health services at a clinic that offers both being part of a family center and working with the extended home visit program? Then you might be the right person for us.

About the clinic

At Rissne Child Health Center (BVC), four nurses with specialist education work. For us at Rissne BVC, it is a matter of course to work from a holistic view of the human being, and we strive to provide our families with high accessibility, involvement, and continuity.

Rissne is a multicultural area with great diversity. The clinic offers the extended home visit program to everyone included in the area. This means, among other things, that families are offered six home visits during the child's first 17 months, carried out together with a parenting support worker from Sundbyberg Municipality. The clinic has a well-functioning and developed collaboration with Sundbyberg Municipality. In addition to the home visit program, Rissne is also part of Sundbyberg's Family Center together with open preschools, the municipality, and midwife clinics. This collaboration enriches the BVC work even further and is something we value highly.

Rissne BVC is located in Sundbyberg, which is accessible by both subway and several bus lines, and it is also convenient to drive there. Work is also underway to extend the light rail (tvärbanan) to Rissne. Rissne is an area under major development with many new residences being built.

Rissne BVC is part of BHV Stockholm North, which includes 15 BVC clinics. This enables knowledge exchange between clinics and provides a strong drive to advance child health services. Read more about us at Rissne BVC.
