About the role of Occupational Therapist
The neuro team is a link in the care chain for patients with stroke, acquired brain injuries, and other neurological diagnoses. Our approach is person-centered, and everyone in the team contributes their specific knowledge to ensure the patient has the prerequisites to reach their goals. As an occupational therapist, you will have the opportunity to work activity-based with both ADL (Activities of Daily Living) and cognition. The team plans and follows up on rehabilitation together with the patient and relatives. Rehabilitation takes place primarily in the patient's home and local environment, but also at the clinic individually and in groups. Documentation is done in the journal system TakeCare.
With us, you get
- an introduction adapted to your needs
- a varied job where you meet patients of all ages and with different diagnoses
- a family-like, positive, and inclusive workplace where we learn from each other
- competence development with access to internal and external training
- a present, responsive, and engaged manager
- a great, fun, and professional team!
Are you our new colleague?
The requirement for the position is that you are a licensed occupational therapist, preferably with experience or competence in neurology. If you are a recent graduate, there are good opportunities for support from experienced and engaged colleagues for the right person. A Category B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
Great importance is placed on personal qualities, and we are looking for you who:
- are confident in yourself and have a good ability to independently and flexibly plan and prioritize your own work
- value collaboration
- maintain a high service level and are unpretentious in your approach to the outside world
- appreciate variation in work
- are happy to contribute your perspectives and competence in a larger context to proactively participate in the development of future primary care
Does this sound like you? Then you will thrive with us, and we with you! Warmly welcome with your application.
